Users Under the Age of 18
We do not serve people below 18, so anyone under the legal smoking age is not allowed to buy products from our website. People under the age of 18 are also prohibited from using our site, including making purchases and providing personal information. If we receive an order for a person under the age of 18, we will cancel that order.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a user under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information about a user under 18, please contact us at info@vapebase.pk.

Order Confirmation Process
Order processing time period is 3 to 5 working days as per the courier’s policy.

After placing an order, you will receive the following notifications:

  1. Order Placing Notification: Email and SMS on your phone number.
  2. Order Confirmation: Call, SMS, and email within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday only).
  3. Tracking Information: SMS with your tracking ID once the order is dispatched.
  4. On-Hold Notification: If the confirmation call is not answered, you will receive an on-hold message.

Note:

  • Product availability will be confirmed via call or SMS after placing an order.
  • If a customer does not pick up the confirmation call once, we will attempt to call them two more times on the same day. If the calls are unanswered, we will attempt to call the next day. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the order will be placed on hold, and the customer will be informed via SMS.
  • No orders will be dispatched on Saturday and Sunday.

Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel orders by sending an email to info@vapebase.pk within 24 hours of placing the order and before the confirmation call.

Customer Care Service Availability
Customer care service is available between 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Inquiries placed after 5 PM will be answered the next day at 9:30 AM.
  • Inquiries after 5 PM on Friday will be answered on Monday at 9:30 AM.
